INTERNATIONAL TEAMS · PREPARING FOR LAUNCH

Employee clock-in app for European teams

Keep working hours understandable across workplaces, with clear clocking records and visible corrections. This English-language introduction helps EU teams assess CrewLoca before customer access opens.

Customer access and trials are not open yet. Register interest to hear about launch. Regional billing, taxes and availability will be confirmed before you can subscribe. The planned 30-day trial requires no card.

Keep locations and working dates together

Choose the correct workplace time zone and review shifts that cross midnight or a clock change. Keep workplace assignments clear when a team works across more than one location.

Explain what location checks do

Where an employer enables a workplace boundary, location is checked at clocking actions rather than tracked continuously. Explain the purpose to workers and review whether the setting fits their role. See the privacy and security guide for the actual controls and limitations.

Fit attendance into your existing process

Review recorded breaks, requested corrections and missing finishes before exporting approved hours. CrewLoca does not calculate country-specific wages, collective-agreement rules, social contributions or payroll taxes.

A practical example

A cleaning company records separate morning and evening visits at client workplaces. The manager reviews both working periods and any requested changes; the company’s payroll process determines how travel and pay should be treated.

Check your local requirements

EU countries do not share one complete employment or payroll rulebook. Review your country’s working-time requirements, applicable agreements and employee-data responsibilities before use. This page is not a GDPR certification or confirmation of country-specific legal compliance. The euro estimate is relevant to euro users; not every EU country uses it.
