Trial and billing questions
Is a credit card needed for the trial?
No. The planned trial gives you 30 days without a card. Trials are not open yet; registering interest does not start a trial, create a workspace or take payment.
What happens after 30 days?
Add payment details only if you choose to continue. Without a payment method, the trial ends without a subscription charge. The trial end date, renewal terms and applicable tax will be shown before you confirm.
Are there extra workplace charges?
There is no separate location charge in the planned plan. Your monthly estimate depends on the company’s enabled accounts, not the number of workplaces.
Can we pay in dollars or euros?
The planned subscription price is set in GBP. USD and EUR figures are dated conversion estimates, not checkout prices. Regional billing, taxes and availability will be confirmed before subscription.
Can a payroll viewer change attendance?
A payroll viewer can view and export approved hours for assigned workplaces. They cannot clock, edit or approve hours, manage people or change billing.
