Who operates CrewLoca
Bradley Pearce, trading as CrewLoca, is responsible for the personal information collected through this form. Contact enquiries@crewloca.com with privacy questions or requests.
What we collect and why
We collect your email, optional company name, the permission wording and its version, the time you confirmed your interest on the website. Clicking Confirm interest registers you immediately; we do not send an address-confirmation email or verify that you own the address. We use your permission only to notify you when CrewLoca trials open. We do not create an account or workspace, start a trial, collect card details or take payment.
Private handling
Records are stored privately in CrewLoca’s existing hosted PostgreSQL database. Launch notifications use our email provider, Resend. The email provider processes your address and message for delivery. CrewLoca uses Cloudflare to serve the form; request processing includes your IP address. We store a keyed, hourly hash for abuse limits, rather than your raw IP, and expire those limit records after 24 hours. Authorised operators can retrieve launch-interest records; other visitors cannot view them. We do not publish a list of interested businesses.
How long we keep it
Interest registered on the website expires after 12 months unless you withdraw sooner. Older requests awaiting email confirmation still expire after 48 hours unless confirmed. Expired records cannot be used; a bounded cleanup removes expired records as the form is used. We will review and remove records once the launch notification is no longer needed. Existing provider delivery logs and protected backups may retain historical copies under their own retention controls; they are not a new mailing list and must not be used to reinstate withdrawn requests.
Withdraw or ask for help
The success message provides an optional withdrawal link. Keep it to withdraw using the Withdraw button, without signing in. Older confirmation-email links still work. If you lose your link or did not register, email enquiries@crewloca.com from the registered address to withdraw or ask about access, correction or deletion. We may need to verify your identity before handling requests. Withdrawing does not affect earlier permitted processing.
No newsletters or unrelated marketing are included, and no subscription starts automatically at launch. Registration does not promise a launch date or reserve access.
